Accounts and content

Keep your account details secure and accurate. You are responsible for posts, uploads, livestreams, chat and guests you invite, including obtaining permission from people who appear.

Do not break the law, infringe rights or breach our Community Guidelines.

Live features and moderation

We may review, remove, limit or preserve content, investigate reports, and suspend or terminate accounts where necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.

Hosts must manage their rooms responsibly. Serious safety matters may be referred to appropriate authorities.

Gifts and payments

Staging gifts use test credits only. Stripe payments, real-money gifts and creator payouts are not enabled or offered. Any future paid service will have clear terms and an acceptance process before activation.

Legal terms

VideoVerse may be changed, paused or withdrawn where reasonably necessary. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
