VideoVerse is a livestreaming and creator platform operated by VIDEOVERSE LTD. It brings together live broadcasts, community conversations, creator support and online shopping.
Public launch is scheduled for 20 October 2026 at 10:00 UK time. Signed-in access is available during launch preparation. Paid features depend on activation and the relevant account completing payment onboarding; this page does not confirm that any payment or payout facility has been approved.

Virtual gifts & creator support
Paid features are designed to let viewers purchase digital gifts and support eligible creators through Support Me. These are entertainment and creator-support purchases, not charitable donations or investments.

Verse Shop & creator merchandise
Business storefronts list goods for sale, while Creator Collections provide creator-designed merchandise. Product listings and checkout identify the item, price and any applicable delivery charges.
Payments, prices & fulfilment
When a paid feature is available, the customer sees the amount, currency and applicable fees before confirming payment. VideoVerse uses Stripe Checkout to collect card payments. Creators and sellers complete Stripe onboarding before receiving their eligible share.
Digital gift and Support Me purchases are one-off payments. Digital gifts are intended for use within VideoVerse. A physical merchandise or shop order is fulfilled under the delivery information shown for that product; it is separate from a digital gift.
Business storefront hosting is a recurring subscription. The launch offer is £25 per month for the first two months, then £40 per month, with a 55p platform administration fee per shop order. The applicable price and billing terms must be shown at checkout before a subscription begins.
Creators must request withdrawals before 10pm Monday (UK time) for that Thursday; requests from 10pm Monday are scheduled for the following Thursday. Eligible creator earnings retain the one-week holding period. Seller payouts keep their separate Thursday schedule. All payouts are subject to available funds, verification, payment settlement and any refund or dispute adjustments. A scheduled payout day is not a guarantee that funds will reach a bank on that day.
Support, refunds & complaints
For purchase questions, an unreceived item, a refund request or a complaint, contact our support team. Include your VideoVerse username and order or payment reference, where available. Do not email full card numbers or security codes.
support@videoverse.liveRefund and cancellation eligibility depends on the purchase, the terms presented when ordering and your statutory rights. Contact support before making another payment if a purchase appears to have failed or been duplicated.
