Treat people safely

• No child sexual abuse, grooming, exploitation or sexualisation of children.
• No credible threats, targeted harassment, hate, stalking or sharing private information.
• No encouragement of suicide, self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous challenges.
• No scams, fraud, impersonation or deceptive commercial activity.

No vigilante activity

Pedo-hunter or vigilante groups are not permitted to stage confrontations, make public accusations or conduct investigations on VideoVerse. Use the private reporting route so trained staff and, where appropriate, lawful authorities can act.

Respect privacy and consent

• Do not record or share guests without the required consent.
• Do not upload intimate content without consent.
• Do not expose addresses, identity documents or other private information.

Protect creative work

Only upload music, images and video that you own or are authorised to use. Copyright complaints and counter-notice arrangements will be published before public launch.

Enforcement and appeals

VideoVerse may limit, remove, preserve or report content and may suspend accounts where necessary. Decisions should be proportionate, documented and open to an appeal unless the law or an evidence hold prevents disclosure.
