VideoVerse does not tolerate bullying, sexual abuse or assault, domestic abuse, coercive control, exploitation, hate, harassment, grooming, or conduct that threatens a person's safety, freedom or dignity.
We are publishing these promises before launch so charities can see what we stand for, understand how we intend to protect people and hold us constructively accountable as the platform develops. Strong reporting, confidential support, proportionate enforcement and fair review are part of that commitment.

Apply for a verified charity profile
Every application is reviewed by VideoVerse before an organisation receives a verified charity profile. This protects charities and our community from impersonation.

Use an official organisational email wherever possible. - 2. We verify your details.
We may contact the organisation through details published on its official website or regulator record. - 3. We help you onboard.
Once approved, we will help your authorised representative create and verify the official account.
Verification confirms that an account represents the named organisation. It is not an endorsement of every statement or activity, and all accounts must follow VideoVerse safety and community standards.
